In case you have updated to IM+ 10.1 and the application does not start, please do the following:
First, please uninstall your current IM+ version from your BlackBerry.
Then please download IM+ cleaner application from the following link:
Please run cleaner and select "Clean" from the menu.
After this please reinstall IM+ from our website at:
or directly to your Blackberry at our WAP-site:
(please use "Download IM+ Pro" or "Download IM+ Free" option)
