What to do if IM+ 10.1 does not start after update?

In case you have updated to IM+ 10.1 and the application does not start, please do the following:

First, please uninstall your current IM+ version from your BlackBerry.

Then please download IM+ cleaner application from the following link:
http://wap.shapeservices.com/download/bb/cleaner/cleaner.jad

Please run cleaner and select "Clean" from the menu.

After this please reinstall IM+ from our website at:
http://www.shapeservices.com/en/products/download.php?product=im&platform=bb
or directly to your Blackberry at our WAP-site:
wap.shapeservices.com
(please use "Download IM+ Pro" or "Download IM+ Free" option)

Our development team is looking into this issue now.

Please download and install the latest IM+ v.10.1.1 at our Web-site at:

or directly to your Blackberry at our WAP-site:
wap.shapeservices.com
(please use "Download IM+ Pro" or "Download IM+ Free" option)

In this version the issue with startup after update is fixed.
